Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Reservations are required for all Tours and Classes.  A valid credit card number is required at time of booking for all tours and classes.  We also require 7 days notice for a full refund.  There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations LESS THAN 7 DAYS before the tour or class or no shows, however, we will offer to RESCHEDULE or issue STORE CREDIT.   Pismo Beach Dive Shop reserves the right to cancel a Tour or Class based on poor/unsafe weather conditions.  In this event, Pismo Beach Dive Shop will contact you as soon as possible and issue a FULL REFUND or offer to RESCHEDULE your tour or class.

Light rain or heavy fog will not always cancel your Tour or Class, as long as conditions remain calm and safe.
